Part of the Excelling range. I would highly recommend that you are accustomed to using titles within the Conditioning range before moving on to Excelling as the benefits and the improvements will happen at a greater rate.

Training is your time to train your ability. To make improvements and to hone your skills. It is no secret that the greatest players to have graced the game such as David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo had to be fragged off of the training pitch. 

It is no coincidence that these players that train so hard become the best players. However, there is always going to be a limitation to what you can put your body through. There will always come a time where you are exhausted or you risk overtraining physically if you carry on. However, your training no longer has to stop here.

This session is great to listen to after training. Not only will it get you in the perfect state for strengthening neuropathways in the brain to improve your skills, but you can also go through the training session once again and cement the improvement and take the improvements to a new level.
