One-to-one sessions with Mark

Mark's 10 week Top Form conditioning program is run from his practice in Harley Street or via Skype sessions online.

They are 1-1 sessions and run in complete confidence. If you, the client wish to tell people you are working with me that is fine, however I will keep everything in the strictest of confidence.

The program is transformational and can have dramatic changes on how you see every aspect of your footballing life. Conditioning you to naturally think in a way that enables you to play on Top Form consistently!

The work that we will do in the 10 week program (1 hour session per week) is gearing you up to be able to know how to think and how to act to get your brain working for you, rather than against you. To ensure that Top Form is the natural way that you play consistently. You'll also know exactly what to do if your performance slightly dips to get you instantly back on track.

The 10 week program works to my BECOME model:


BRAIN - Gain an understanding of your brain as a footballer. You don’t need to be a neuroscientist but it’s very important to know the parts of the brain that impact upon your performances.

EXPERIENCE - Now that you know how the brain works you can identify where it is impacting your own performance. From this, we now have a great foundation of knowing how to get your brain consistently working for you rather than against you.

CHANGE - These will be the changes that you will start to incorporate in your life and your football to start the process of getting your brain onside.

OBSESSION - We condition you to become obsessed and have real drive within to achieve great things. If you

are serious about playing on top form consistently then you need to live it and breath it. Every

waking (and even non-waking) hour should be there to assist you in this process. It is what

separates the very best from the rest.



Mental Power



As we introduce the very natural process of hypnosis. This is nothing like what you have seen with

stage hypnosis or hypnosis for entertainment. This is simply relaxed and fully focused thinking

for implementing positive changes. It is very simple, yet still the most powerful and impactive

improver of human thought, behaviour and even physiology that I have come across. You’re

always in control and you’ll feel great during and after.



Excelling



The overarching thing that we are trying to achieve in the first five parts of this model is to condition

you to be on Top Form consistently. Once we start to achieve this we can start looking at Excelling

and actually improving your ability along with your performances.

Why should you even consider Hypnotherapy?

where you are aware at all times. Many top athletes have used hypnosis for many years and more

still have used aspects of it without realising it (think of visualisation).

have an enormous impact on performance and the successful outcome of an operation.



Following my previous career I transitioned into Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and I began

helping hundred of people from celebrities to CEO’s with performing better in their lives. My

products can be heard on over 30,000 British Airways flights each year as I partnered with BA to

bring about the first inflight Hypnotherapy channel.



As I became more involved in the world of football I adapted my techniques to get the best out of

the semi-professional players and then professional players that I’ve worked with.
